Refund Policy
I. Return Due to Logistics Issues
1.1 If the official logistics information from the carrier shows no logistics tracking, loss during transit, damage during transit, verification of incorrect delivery address, etc., the seller should return the goods according to the buyer’s request and bear all costs. The buyer needs to provide a screenshot of the logistics company’s website proving the issue. If the buyer chooses not to have the seller ship, the buyer must bear the responsibility as described in this section.
1.2 If the buyer or their customer discovers that the goods are damaged, short-shipped/lost/incorrectly shipped after receiving the goods, the seller should return the goods according to the buyer’s request and bear all costs. The buyer needs to provide complete photos of the damage that proves the issue.
1.3 If the carrier cannot contact the buyer due to the buyer’s or their customer’s reasons, resulting in the return of the goods, damage to the goods during transit, etc., the buyer bears the loss.
1.4 Returns due to logistics issues must be submitted within 30 calendar days after order payment, and overdue requests will not be accepted.
II. Return Due to Product Quality Issues
2.1 If the buyer or their customer discovers product quality issues, missing/incorrect parts, inconsistencies with the description, etc., after receiving the goods, the seller should return the goods according to the buyer’s request and bear all costs. The buyer needs to provide complete photos of the quality issue, the complete packaging, or the complete product and label that proves the issue.
2.2 The following situations are not considered product quality issues:
- Color differences caused by shooting equipment, lighting, displays, etc., are not considered shipping errors or listing errors.
- Reasonable size differences caused by manual measurement, measurement tools, and methods are not considered shipping errors or listing errors.
- Damage caused by improper operation by the end consumer or failure to follow product instructions.
2.3 Returns due to product quality issues must be submitted within 90 calendar days after order payment, and overdue requests will not be accepted.
III. Return Due to Buyer Request When There Are No Issues with the Product or Logistics
3.1 The seller should return the goods according to the buyer’s request, and the buyer must bear all costs incurred, including logistics, storage, delivery, and related service fees.
3.2 If the returned goods (including packaging) do not affect secondary sales (opening affects secondary sales), the seller should refund 80% of the product cost (deducting 20% as handling fees); if it affects secondary sales, the product cost will not be refunded. The seller needs to provide complete photos proving the impact on secondary sales.
3.3 If the buyer or their customer does not return the goods, the seller is not responsible for refunding the product cost.
3.4 Requests for returns due to buyer requests when there are no issues with the product or logistics must be submitted within 90 calendar days after order payment, and overdue requests will not be accepted.
IV. Others
4.1 The buyer and the seller are the direct trading parties for transactions occurring on Yeegle, and Yeegle only provides corresponding auxiliary services. The buyer and the seller should bear the legal rights and obligations arising from the transaction.
4.2 After the buyer pays the order amount, the seller should ship the goods within 2 business days. Delays in shipping exceeding 2 business days may negatively affect the seller’s performance rating. If the shipping delay exceeds 7 business days, the seller will be considered in fundamental breach and must refund twice the product cost of the order and bear all shipping costs. Refusal to ship will also be considered a fundamental breach by the seller, and the seller must refund twice the product cost of the order and bear all shipping costs.
4.3 Returned goods must be sent out and provided with a logistics tracking number within 7 calendar days after the seller’s acceptance. If the seller provides a return label, the buyer must provide the return label within 3 calendar days after accepting the request.
4.4 The seller should promptly process the buyer’s corresponding requests and should not exceed 3 business days, otherwise, the seller should bear all costs.
4.5 If the buyer intentionally or maliciously attempts to defraud compensation or engages in fraudulent behavior, the seller is not liable for any compensation.
4.6 Losses caused by one party’s negligence (such as failure to return to the correct return warehouse within 14 business days) shall be borne by the negligent party.
4.7 The buyer’s after-sales request should be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the order is completed, otherwise, it will be considered that the buyer has waived the right to request after-sales service.
