Force Majeure: “Force majeure” refers to objective factors or events that cannot be foreseen, controlled, or avoided, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, storms, heavy fog, adverse weather conditions; strikes, terrorist events, traffic accidents, changes in regulations and policies, government or judicial actions, decisions or orders; violent crimes such as robbery, carjacking, etc.
  2. Damage caused by the natural characteristics, inherent defects, or reasonable wear and tear of the goods.
  3. Delays or non-delivery of goods due to the customer’s own reasons.
